Warranty

HAADE VENTURES provides a comprehensive warranty system for the customers. The warranty period begins on the date of products shipped to Customers. If Customers promptly notify Haade Ventures of Customer’s Warranty Claim hereunder, Haade Ventures will adjust, repair or replace (with new or exchanged replacement parts) the Haade Venture’s products. In addition, Haade Ventures will still provide a 6-month-warranty for the repaired parts. The warranty extension policy allows our customer to extend the standard warranty for an additional period; it shall be purchased in conjunction with the main units of Products initially from Haade Ventures. Extended warranty begins on the date the standard warranty expires. Haade Ventures will provide spare parts and support for the products for not less than 5 years from Haade Venture’s delivery to distributor. see more...
