HAADE VENTURES provides a comprehensive warranty system for the customers.
- The warranty period begins on the date of products shipped to Customers.
If Customers promptly notify Haade Ventures of Customer’s Warranty Claim hereunder;
- Adjust, repair or replace (with new or exchanged replacement parts).
- Provide a 6-month-warranty for the repaired parts.
- The warranty extension policy allows our customer to extend the standard warranty for an additional period.
- Extended warranty begins on the date the standard warranty expires.
- provide spare parts and support for the products for not less than agreed period.
